Guangzhou Shopping

Beijing Road is a favourite shopping district in the centre of Guangzhou. The street is always brightly lit but with extra colour for the Spring Festival. This picture was taken after 9:00 pm on a Monday evening and all the shops are still open and very busy. As we returned to our hotel after 10 pm there were still hairdressers with long queues of customers!
